Marci began her career in the mortgage industry in 1980 at the ripe age of 19. She was fortunate enough to receive intensive training in all facets of the mortgage industry. Marci found her passion to be originating mortgages, where she is able to change the lives of her clients and their families.
Marci has been with Fidelity Mortgage Loans, Inc since 1995. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of lending to include Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgage and non-traditional loans. An expert who really gets to know her clients so she is able to find the product best suited for each borrower in each situation. From construction loans to reverse mortgages and everything in between, she keeps up to date with the latest programs offered. Marci is often able to help the harder to place borrower where others fail. Marci has assisted many borrowers by guiding them through the process of repairing their credit to enable them to purchase their dream home or refinance their current residence. She is also certified to work with many down payment assistance programs which enables a first-time homebuyer to achieve their desire of home-ownership.
Marci is honored to have helped many families who refer their children, other family members and co-workers. Many of whom come back to Marci to purchase their second or third homes. A native Floridian living her entire life in the Tampa Bay area, she is a nature lover, camper, hiker, avid beach visitor and loves to travel. Her wonderful husband and son complete her life.

Naomi's mortgage industry experience spans over 20 years and she has worked with Fidelity Mortgage Loans since 2004. Before that she worked for several title companies. Naomi is a resourceful, multi-tasking problem solver. She is part Private Investigator, part IT tech and sometimes a sounding board. She communicates with all the various parties involved in "closing the loan" from application to the closing table. Her many talents as a processor make her a vital asset to Fidelity Mortgage Loans.
Funny but true story...Naomi applied for a mortgage with Fidelity and ended up
interviewing at the same time, so not only does she work with Fidelity, she is also a client!
A Florida native, Naomi is an expert at Southern Hospitality and small talk. This nature loving, country girl lives on a small farm on the outskirts of Brooksville with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her menagerie of animals, and her 9 grandchildren.
