In purchasing my first home I had expectations of it being a long stressful and difficult process. I had put off buying a home for many years trying to avoid that stress but Mike Neill and his team made it easy and stress free for myself and my family, Five stars do not do Mike & his team justice! They are phenomenal and very professional in what they do, they go above and beyond. I would never recommend anyone else. The biggest thing that I would advise people is - trust his process because he has proven that it works. Mike will go above and beyond and help you in any way he can. Mike was amazing throughout the entire process. He was very responsive, even when I would text him after hours and on the weekend. He was very knowledgeable and presented options I didn't even know were possible. I have bought several houses in the past, but this was the first one in Florida so I was nervous about all the things I didn't know. He made the process so smooth. We were referred to Mimi Wills by the Realtor on our first purchase in St. Petersburg in 2013. At the time we lived in Pennsylvania and had the chance to relocate to sunny Florida. I can tell you buying long distance can be a daunting task but Mimi made it so easy. She even did the walk through for us since we were not able to fly down at the time.
